Support Material Estimation

Based on your customized manufacturing settingsSee Free feature "Customized Business", our 3D engine automatically calculates the price for support material and includes it in the automated quotation. The calculation logic is based on our own algorithms and has been proven for most of the FDM machines out there.

Orientation Support

After uploading a 3D file, your customers can choose the print orientation of the part. To assist them, the estimated price is shown next to the orientation option. Naturally you can always change the print orientation yourself later.

Quotation Generator

Have you received an RfQ or a 3D file not in MMS, but via email? Simply fire up our Quotation Generator with a click on “New Quote” inside of MMS. It will lead you through a workflow where you can upload the received files for automatic (or manually adjusted) price estimation and assign the quote to an existing (or new) customer. You can directly send the quotation in MMS to the respective customer or download it as PDF to reply with an email.

Automated Document Creation

Complex Quotation Logic

In additive manufacturing, new technologies are being developed and commercialized every week. We try to provide you with a solid quotation logic that covers the most common technologies, but we also accept that there are limitations to this. If you need a calculation algorithm for your AM machine that is not possible with what we currently offer in MMS, just talk to us. Our engineers are happy to include such a complex calculation logic directly in our backend. Of course it will only be accessible for yourself and your customers. Just provide the algorithms in an Excel sheet or simple code (e.g. JavaScript) to support@mms.kabuku.io and our technicians will integrate them. That is customized development for you.We charge for the code integration based on the effort involved.

Customized URL

When you sign up to MMS, you can choose your personal URL on our domain 3dprinting-mms.com. Use that URL to access your MMS account and manage your orders. If you decide not to embed MMS into your organization's websiteSee Premium feature "Homepage Integration", your customized URL is also where your customers can place their orders.

Do you only print three different materials on one AM machine? Or are you running a whole manufacturing department with dozens of printers? In both cases, MMS is right for you.
