Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you really provide unlimited quotations and orders for free?+
    Yes! We promise we do not charge any fee per received RfQ, automated or manual quotation, or received order. We also do not charge any revenue share. We want you to use MMS to grow or manage your business without unexpected or hidden costs.
  • What happens if I run out of active customer accounts?+
    After you have reached 25 customer accounts registered on your MMS, you cannot see orders from newly registered customers. You can either deactivate old, unused customer accounts (which will hide all order data from the respective customers) to activate the new ones. Or you can activate 100 additional customer accounts for a small monthly fee through our Premium Feature "Additional Customer Accounts". In any case, orders never get lost - you just cannot see them.
  • Are there any additional fees if my customers pay their orders by credit card?+
    Yes. Those fees depend on the currency and on the payment gateway you are using to receive the credit card payment (Stripe or 2Checkout). Please see Stripe or 2Checkout for details.
  • When and how do I sign up to Premium features?+
    Whenever you want to! Sign up to MMS for free first and start using it. When you feel that you need a specific Premium feature to get even more benefits out of our software, just find the "Premium Features" menu item in MMS while being logged in. There you can subscribe and unsubscribe to any of our paid features, at any time.
  • How can I pay my MMS subscription fee when signed up to Premium features?+
    You need a valid credit card to pay your MMS subscription.
  • When and how am I being charged for my Premium features?+
    When you sign up to one or more Premium features for the first time, we charge you their combined monthly fee right on that day of signing up. That date is when your monthly billing period starts. Any Premium features that you subscribe to in between the starting dates of your current and next billing period, you will only get charged proportionally for the rest of your current monthly billing period. In the next billing period you will then get charged 100% of the monthly combined subscription fee of all your selected Premium features.
  • What happens if I unsubscribe from a Premium feature?+
    You can still use the respective Premium feature until the end of your monthly billing period. After that, the feature gets deactivated and you cannot use it any more until you subscribe to it again - which you can do at any time.
